Anxiety
Anxiety therapy sessions at Natural Motivations, Inc. focus on understanding the root causes of your anxiety and equipping you with practical tools to manage it.
Seniors/Caregivers
This is a small group for adults over 60 struggling with issues around aging, loneliness, purpose and connection. It is a 6-week, in person group on Thursday mornings in our Naperville office.
Postpartum/IVF
Whether you’ve just brought a new baby into the world or are navigating the emotional and physical challenges of IVF, we are here to support you with helpful resources, expert advice, and a compassionate community.

Rates & Insurance
We are committed to making therapy accessible and supportive for everyone. Here is an outline of our rates, payment options, and insurance information
Rates
- Intake assessment: $250
- 55-minute session: $185
- Group: $50
Sliding scale rates may be available on a case-by-case basis for clients facing financial hardship.
Payment
We want to make the process as seamless as possible. We accept cash, checks, HSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a late cancellation fee for the the session.
